Getting Started with Micro/Byte
Talk to us!
If
your project is in the design stage, now is the time to talk
to us. Tell us what you’re planning, so we can ensure
your design meets postal regulations. Is the paper you’ve
selected for your self-mailer heavy enough? Is the aspect ratio
(rectangular shape, not square!) of your mailer automation-compatible?
Let us know what you’re planning, so your mailing can
receive the best possible postage rates.
Our in-house graphic design and print production team is available
to prepare your mailing piece. Though use of our printing services
is not required to mail with Micro/Byte, many of our customers
find it more convenient to outsource both printing and mailing
to a single vendor.
Send us your list
Whether
your list is maintained in Excel, ACT!, Access, Outlook, FileMaker
Pro or a proprietary system, chances are we can work with it.
Consultation services are available if you need assistance with
selecting and exporting appropriate data for your mailing.
Sending your list as an e-mail attachment is typically the simplest
solution. We can also work with files that arrive on CD-ROM,
zip disk, floppy disk or other media. (When e-mailing your list,
we recommend using file compression.) Files may be sent to myra@microbyteservices.com.

Your confidentiality is important
to us. You have our commitment that the contents of your mailing
list will remain confidential. New clients receive a signed
confidentiality agreement that provides details of our commitment
to privacy.
